Congratulations to Jennifer, aka "S'might," of Les Superchouettes, this week's Bowl-a-Thon Page of the Week!

What makes Jennifer's page so great? She received multiple nominations, every one of which mentioned that THERE IS FRENCH ON HER BOWL-A-THON PAGE. Pretty impressive, non? Jennifer is bowling to help the Network for Reproductive Options in Eugene, Oregon, because even the powers of wizardry can't keep the price of abortion from going up. Even though Oregon stands out as the only state with no abortion restrictions, the Network for Reproductive Options talks to hundreds of women a year who are not able to come up with the $500 minimum for an abortion on short notice.

And what else makes Jennifer herself so great? She started this fund back in 2002 when the only listed abortion provider in Eugene had to close its doors. In an interview in 2010, she said, "To me, it's a justice issue. Women should be able to get abortions if they need them, whether or not they can pay for them and no matter where they live." Oui!
