Owned, operated, and staffed by women, the Mountain Country Women's Clinic opened in 2009, and the Trust Women Fund was founded soon afterwards to help women who could not afford to pay for an abortion.  Their goal is to help women make the best decisions they can regarding pregnancy, and to make sure no woman is turned away because of financial problems.

The Fund is run entirely by a group of volunteers and helps women from all walks of life. 

Last year, the Trust Women Fund helped 75 women who otherwise could not have paid for their abortions.

For abortion funds, raising money is half the battle, because they can’t help women unless they have something to give.  Donating to your local abortion fund means giving a woman the resources she needs to make the choice that is right for her.
