PPGWNI has been helping women, men and teens make responsible choices about their sexual health for over 40 years. Dedicated to delivering the highest quality reproductive health care services since 1967, PPGWNI is also committed to providing responsible, age-appropriate sexuality education. Protecting a woman's fundamental right to choose is also a major part of this organization's underlying philosophy.

In addition to reproductive health services, including abortion care, Planned Parenthood of Greater Washington and North Idaho engages in numerous outreach and advocacy activities, such as its teen health peer advisory groups and an innovative program focusing on sexual education for individuals with developmental disabilities.
